The Vicksburg Post prides itself on its service and STEM outreach. Each year, the Vicksburg Post hosts 40 high school juniors and seniors for the annual SAME/ARMY Engineering and Construction camp. Students come from around the country to benefit from the deep engineering expertise found in the city as well as hands-on learning activities afforded only by the Mississippi River.
